Expo Synergy: Dual Brand Triumph

Problem

Two of our Eye health clients, Eyerising International and Optain Health, sought to enhance their exhibition impact on a constrained events budget and achieve a standout presence at major healthcare exhibitions.

Solution

Both clients, seeking to attend the same exhibitions, adopted a collaborative approach that cut their costs by around 35% through sharing expenses for design, build, and leasing a larger space.
Clever mirrored booth design maintained distinct branding for each while also lowering design costs.
OMEGA utilised two adjacent standard 3m x 3m booths, removing the separating wall to create a larger unified space with a shared central meeting areas.
APAO maximised a 6m x 6m area by dividing it diagonally, expanding the visual frontage of each booth from 6m to 8.5m, enhancing space utilisation.
Both shows featured two Colour Andre event touchscreen kits, known for their ease of use, transportability, and interactivity. At APAO, the booth included in-booth presentations with tour-guide microphone systems, allowing up to 50 attendees to clearly hear the speaker amidst the exhibition noise.

Outcome

This strategic collaboration significantly exceeded expectations, generating a notable increase in meetings and professional contacts, directly correlating to strengthened industry partnerships and expanded business opportunities.
